What we ask for

In the “Tell us about your business” form you give us your name, your phone or WhatsApp, your email if you want, your business name and trade, what you need and your message. If you came from an ad, we also keep which page and which ad brought you.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and follow up on what you asked for. We don’t add you to lists or send you marketing without asking.

Where it’s stored and who sees it

• In Central, our database, hosted on Supabase (United States). Only the Momentum team can see it.
• When you write to us, we get an email notice with your details so we can reply.
• The site is hosted on Netlify, which, like any server, may log technical visit data such as your IP address.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your information with anyone.
• This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. During your visit, your browser only remembers which ad brought you.

How long we keep it

For as long as we’re talking or working with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. If you live in California, California law gives you these same rights, and the right to know that we don’t sell or share your personal information.
